Produced from the Yunnan Big Leaf cultivar using a one-bud, two-leaf pick, it has bright structure, leafy depth, and notes of underripe apricot. A great introduction to raw pu’er.
Very high-quality loose-leaf tea. The leaves look fresh and whole, and the tea has a beautiful golden color after steeping.
Pu’er can feel a little intimidating if you’re not sure where to start, but this raw pu’er is smooth, balanced, and very approachable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is new to pu’er.
I also loved the tea affirmation, “My growth is full of possibilities.” It makes the whole tea experience feel a little more personal and uplifting.
