Yes, we accept returns and exchanges on eligible items. Because tea is a consumable product, opened tea products generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an issue with your order. To be eligible, tea must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

Yes. Infuse Muse teas are premium loose-leaf teas and botanical blends, with the exception of matcha, which is a powdered green tea.
We choose loose leaf because it allows you to experience the tea more fully, the aroma, texture, color, and flavor as the leaves open in your cup. It is a slower, more sensory way to meet the tea. It also helps us reduce reliance on single-use tea bags, so your tea moment can feel a little more thoughtful from start to finish.
